Read some bad reviews for this hotel and the food on trip advisor and so was worried about the stay. However the hotel was lovely, the room was huge, the staff were lovely and and the food was nice and fresh. The choice wasn't huge but it was very good for the price. If you're looking for a chilled break in this location at a very cost effective price then this is a good choice.

The staff were lovely and very helpful. Lots of choice for food at meal times. The room was clean, cool, airy and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The pools were good. Location about 20 mins from Los Christians for the Monkey Park (Tenerife zoo) and Siam Park/ Siam Mall. Quiet area which was good for us. The shop next door is super useful too.

The room was a fantastic size and very clean, Reception staff were fabulous and very helpful when we arrived before check in time. All staff were very friendly and the food was very good, a wide variety and very well stocked

Everything was amazing. We are an elderly couple, with low mobility so we were unable to visit other parts of this beautiful island of Tenerife. We therefore spent a lot of our two week vacation, in our junior suite, which had a lovely balcony with a sae view and walking within the grounds of the hotel by their beautifully landscaped pool. Their are some well-stocked shops nearby for food and drinks, within easy reach for those with walking difficulties. There are also several lifts to all floors. The meals served in the dining room are excellent.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was excellent . The only thing was the mattress was very uncomfortable. However when we raised this at reception they replaced it and the new one was excellent. The hotel was very clean indeed. The TV had the main English channels which was very good . Specials thanks go to Evie our cleaner and the head waiter.

Beautiful hotel, staff are amazing (Maria was fantastic always smiling and willing to help) big thanks to you Maria 😊 the reception area is beautiful, rooms are very spacious and clean, the games room was brilliant for the kids (us adults enjoyed a few games of pool too lol) we really enjoyed our stay at Golf plaza and will definitely stay again. There is a wee shop next door and food places within walking distance.. 10/10 😊
